Terms & Conditions

Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions Academy 107 is referred to as “we” “our” or “us”. Parents/Carers/Guardians are referred to as “you” or “your".

Child’s information

Upon booking your child’s place with Academy 107, it is your responsibility to ensure all information provided to us is correct, including any medications, allergies, special education needs and emergency contact information.

Payments

All places must be booked and paid for in advance of attendance via our class for kids site. Bookings with payments not received before attending risk being cancelled.

Participation

By booking onto a camp you agree that your child is of the required age, wellness and is physically able to participate.

Cancellations

Venue hire and the number of coaching staff required is impacted by the number of bookings made. The facilities and staff are all booked and confirmed prior to a camp starting. For this reason we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds.

Lost and Personal Property

Academy 107 is not liable for any damage to personal items or lost property. Please ensure clothing, lunchboxes and sports bottles are named to ease the return of items.

Insurance

Academy 107 has public liability insurance.

Safeguarding

As a childcare provider the safety of children is our highest priority and all legal obligations in relation to safeguarding are taken extremely seriously. All staff are trained to recognise and report any concerns. These concerns are then reviewed and reported to local safeguarding agencies or authorities for investigation. Minor concerns will be discussed with parents before action.

Behaviour

We promote positive behaviour across all camps, but if for any reason a child's behaviour falls below the expected standard we reserve the right to ask parents/guardians to collect them early. No refunds will be offered in this instance.
